Description:
Appstock is seeking a client-focused and results-driven Account Executive to Attain and Maintain long-
term relationships with app and game developers, DSPs and SSPs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of account executive in addition to account
management principles, including relationship building, sales strategy, negotiation, and business
acumen. Additionally, the candidate should have Analytical experience in campaign management,
performance analysis, and optimization.

Job Description:
As a Senior Ad Operation Manager in the dynamic field of Ad Tech industry, your primary responsibility
will be to optimize revenue generation strategies and enhance the overall monetization performance
within our platforms. Your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless ad delivery, troubleshooting issues,
and implementing efficient ad operations processes.Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize ad revenue across various digital channels.
• Analyse and monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) to identify opportunities for revenue
enhancement and Manage and allocate ad inventory effectively to achieve maximum revenue
potential.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on data-driven
insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSP’s, SSP’s , and other monetization partners.
• Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and insights on monetization performance.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to the management team based on data
analysis.
• Monitor industry benchmarks and competition to benchmark and improve our monetization
strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Economy or a related field-
A Must
• Proven experience in ad tech, digital advertising, or a related industry - More than two years of
experience in ad operation and ad monetization is a substantial advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets - Excel, DSP’s platforms,
SSP’s platform etc.
• Familiarity with ad serving platforms, programmatic advertising, and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Fluent English- A must
