NPI & Configuration Engineering Manager

NewPhotonics is disrupting data center processing with novel photonic engines solving the power and performance challenges.

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on NPI & Configuration Engineering Manager to join our OPS team.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated HANDS-ON Eng, capable of implementing Change control, Component review/Section, and BOM management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation & Management of all product BOMs & Documentation.
• Product Transfer to Production (SOW, Build instruction, QC requirement, Deviations.)
• Component review, selection & documentation.
• Change management enforcement.
• Creation of ECO, MCO, ECR
• Mechanical component DFM review.
• Change communication and implantation at OSAT/CM
• Agile Admin & Change analyst.
• Component supplier selection, & Quality Review.
• Internal Audit. (Checklist)
• Components life cycle ownership (EOL notification and project management)
  
  

• B.Sc. degree in Mechanical/Industrial Eng.
• 5+ years in Eng Management in HW/IC environment.
• Highly motivated, organized and independent.
• Deep understanding of Oracle AGILE. (OrCAD sync, Definitions, Flows, Admin)
• Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
