QA Automation Team Leader

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers designing and writing automation tests in python under unique infrastructure
• Lead the creation of Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Case Design, Test Case Execution, Test Report, Traceability matrix, Test Report Analysis.
• Leads the creation, preparation, review and execution of quality assurance activities
• Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
• Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of features
• Plan and lead a full transition of manual testing environment to automated testing environment
• Works with development teams to help implement optimized and re-usable test automation functions

• Proven 2+ years of experience as a team leader
• Proven 5+ years of experience with test automation
• Understanding of functional (regression, smoke, sanity) and non-functional (performance, stress, load) testing.
• Expert Experience with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Desire to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Proactive, independent, flexible and creative
• Outstanding communication skills, both written/verbal (Hebrew/English).
  
  

• Experience in networking
• Experience with industry standard development and automation tools ( JIRA, Jenkins, Git, etc).
• Experience with testing in a Scrum methodology environment
