Information Systems Business Analyst - Israel based

As one of the largest SAP Cloud People Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is expanding its team and is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Information Systems Business Analyst.

SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as Core HR, learning management systems, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more.

This is a client-facing role, open to candidates living in Israel for a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal lead consultants and with customers’ stakeholders to analyze and validate functional requirements
• Design detailed functional business requirements using AKT’s methodologies
• Communicate solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Lead user meetings to gain understanding of customers’ processes, requirements, and issues in order to offer solutions and continuous enhancements
• Take ownership of the deliverables, and work closely with the technical team to ensure the deliverables are being built to specifications
• Conduct testing to assure quality of deliverables

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years related work experience in information systems projects that includes writing requirements and acceptance criteria
• Ability to work directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Experience in HR Information Technologies (HRIS / HRIT) – an advantage
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) – a huge advantage
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Experience working in global companies - an advantage
• Working knowledge of API and Web Services - an advantage
• Language skills in Hebrew and English (both written and oral)
