The Role:
We’re looking for a Creative & Content Strategy Lead — someone who can shape content direction, lead creative projects end-to-end, and confidently partner with clients.
This is a hybrid role across creative leadership, content strategy, and project ownership. You’ll work closely with external stakeholders to turn ideas into high-impact content — at pace, and at scale.
Please note: This is a hands on position. You will write briefs and manage external studios.
What You’ll Lead:
🧠 Content Strategy & Storytelling
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with client goals and brand voice
- Conduct in-depth research, analyze audience behavior, and extract insights to sharpen creative direction
🎬 Creative Direction & Project Management
- Lead creative projects end-to-end — from concept to production to post, while operating external stakeholders
- Collaborate with designers, writers, video editors, and freelancers — managing workflows and timelines across teams
- Maintain editorial guidelines, calendars, and operational processes to keep work flowing efficiently
💼 Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic partner to clients — presenting ideas, managing feedback, and building trust
- Align internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and shared vision
📊 Content Performance & Growth
- Analyze content performance to inform future strategy
- Identify opportunities to expand reach and engage new audiences
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, or brand marketing
- 2+ Experience in SaaS, tech, or D2C brands
- Experience managing creative projects across video, digital, and social channels
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle timelines, teams, and moving pieces
- Native-level English speaker
- Deeep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience behavior

- Agency or studio background
- Familiarity with influencer campaigns, UGC, or brand collaborations
