In the Adama Formulation R&D Department, you will participate in providing solutions for farmers that will help feed the world's growing population by developing novel and innovative crop protection formulations.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Experimental work in a chemistry lab.
• Develop complex formulations that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and perform experiments to assess or improve formulation properties.
• Cooperate with internal ADAMA units such as the analytical, organic synthesis, scale-up and manufacturing departments.
• Support the product development cycle from early development to manufacturing launch and beyond.
• Develop intellectual property to protect formulations in development.

Requirements:

• MSc degree in Sciences (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering).
• Ability to perform laboratory experiments.
• Ability to use laboratory equipment.
• Ability to work independently in an organized and systematic manner.
• Ability to design and conduct research, troubleshoot and solve problems during development.
• Initiative, creativity, and flexibility of thought, coupled with critical thinking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Self-learning ability.
• Consistent performance.
• Diligence, determination and curiosity.

• Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge in the field of Colloid Chemistry.
• Knowledge in the field of Surface Science.
• Experience in Formulation Development.
