Job Summary:

• A medical equipment company is looking for a clinical support specialist in the field of rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy.
• Field activity in rehabilitation centers across the country.

Location: Field activity throughout Israel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work in hospital rehabilitation centers, rehabilitation centers and private clinics.
• Coordination and execution of training and demonstrations in rehabilitation centers and customer environments (frontal or video) – Pre & Post Sale.
• Support in installation processes, device activation and explanation of how to use it.
• Understanding customer needs and adapting solutions to problems in accordance with the promotion of sales activity.
• Knowledge of therapeutic processes, competitors in the market, the advantages of marketed devices and research that supports the promotion of activity with the equipment.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a non-medical degree (physiotherapy, rehabilitation, etc.) – required
• Professional background in the rehabilitation/therapeutic field
• Sales orientation
• High level of English
• Good interpersonal interaction
• Training ability
• Willingness to work in the field throughout the country
• Willingness to work flexible hours
