Technological Security Manager – Networks & Infrastructure

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technological Security Manager

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and securing all IT infrastructures, networks, computers, and communication systems, ensuring compliance with international cybersecurity standards
• Managing cyber incidents across all monitored networks and systems, including cloud infrastructures and stand-alone environments.

Requirements:

✅ Valid Security Clearance Level 3 – Mandatory

✅ At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an IT/SecOps professional – Mandatory

✅ Strong expertise in:

• Data Communication & Protocols: Experience in designing, managing, and maintaining communication networks.
• Virtualization: Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or similar environments.
• Active Directory: Full proficiency in Active Directory management and Windows hardening.
• Cloud Computing:
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructures, identity management, and cloud security.
• Experience with cloud monitoring and management tools.
• Monitoring & Incident Management:
• Experience with SIEM systems.
• Proven track record in handling cyber incidents.

Additional Advantages:

🔹 Work experience in a large-scale organization involving R&D processes.

🔹 Background in security processes within Israel (e.g., military or government organizations).

🔹 Ability to draft technical specifications and engineering-level requirements.

🔹 Experience in IT and cybersecurity architecture design – Significant advantage.

🔹 Proven experience in writing policy documents, regulations, and work instructions.

🔹 Familiarity with global cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST).

🔹 Understanding of supply chain security.

🔹 Software development experience in Node.js, C, C++, Java, or Python – Advantage.

🔹 Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite – Mandatory.

🔹 Fluency in English (written & spoken), including the ability to present solutions to international clients.

🔹 Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented approach.

🔹 Relevant IT, DevOps, or Security certifications – Major advantage.
