Faireez is looking for an *Operations Specialist* to help lead our operations in Israel! This *part-time (60-80%)* role is perfect for students seeking hands-on experience in operations.
📍 *Location:* Hybrid – Tel Aviv office, client sites, and remote.
⏳ *Availability:* At least 3 full workdays per week.
*What You’ll Do:*
🔹 Ensure high service quality through quality checks & process improvements.
🔹 Handle customer escalations and assist with onboarding.
🔹 Conduct sales calls and optimize team schedules.
🔹 Analyze data & KPIs to drive insights.
🔹 Manage inventory & suppliers within budget.
*What We’re Looking For:*
✅ 3rd-year+ student with strong communication & problem-solving skills.
✅ Self-learner with Excel & SQL knowledge.
✅ A "Can Do" attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
✨ Experience in operations, customer service, or a leadership role (e.g., IDF officer) is a plus.
