We are a fast-growing company seeking a seasoned Affiliate Team Lead / Head of Affiliates with proven experience in mobile campaigns. You will lead our affiliate team, manage key partnerships, and optimize campaign performance, bringing expertise from previous leadership roles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the affiliate marketing team.
- Manage relationships with mobile app partners.
- Develop, execute, and optimize affiliate campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics (installs, conversions, revenue) and report regularly.
- Optimize affiliate spend and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership in affiliate marketing (e.g., previous team lead or head of affiliates) with a focus on mobile campaigns.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with mobile tracking platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
