The position: Senior Brand Manager, Amazon (full time)
Location: Tel-Aviv ( Ramat Gan )
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Senior Brand Manager to play the role of a "mini CEO" for our Amazon brand(s). This position demands a strategic mindset coupled with operational prowess to execute our envisioned strategies. As the custodian of the brand’s P&L, you'll be immersed in all facets of the business, requiring a go-getter attitude, data-driven decision-making, and meticulous attention to detail. Success in this role hinges on your ability to identify opportunities in challenges, showcase accountability, and excel in a hands-off environment.
Example responsibilities:
- Own the full P&L of (one or more) Amazon brands
- Drive growth strategies across various avenues such as new product development, channel expansion, international outreach, and content creation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize brand performance
- Analyze historical and market data to derive insights, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance future performance
- Achieve brand-level annual performance KPIs within the confines of an annual budget
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Experience and competencies required:
- 5+ years of experience managing an Amazon brand with annual sales of $1M+ or equivalent channel management in a Consumer company
- Proven ability to lead and deliver multiple projects across products and brands with various stakeholders
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets analysis capabilities; familiarity with other data platforms is advantageous
- Ability to formulate macro-level strategy through detail-oriented and data-driven observations
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a "no excuses, only solutions" mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate an ever-changing startup environment
- Comfort with continuous learning and evolving practices
Education, qualifications, and skills:
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and common apps in the Amazon ecosystem (e.g., Sellerboard, Helium10, etc.)
- BA or equivalent is advantageous
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
