Project Manager  

Phoenix Investment House is looking for an experienced Project Manager for a leading business unit. This is a key and significant role.

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing and leading capital market projects, from the planning phase to implementation, with an emphasis on building financial processes and integrating business and technology worlds.

- Analyzing and defining business needs and creating requirements. This process includes developing new business processes or adapting existing ones.

- Ongoing collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and external vendors.

- Planning and monitoring project timelines, budget, and goals.

- Overseeing testing, implementation, and user training stages.

- Managing changes and risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a financial field (Economics / Business Administration / Information Systems) – a must

- Experience leading processes and managing large business projects in financial companies – at least two years

- Background in the capital market – a must

- Deep understanding of business and financial processes

- Proven ability to work with multiple interfaces (both technological and business)

- Experience in working with information systems – writing business requirement documents (BRD)

- Ability to work with and manage vendors – a must

- Ability to motivate and lead employees and manage the client end-to-end

- Ability to lead processes and tasks

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Independence, order, and the ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment
