Job Description

• Prepare annual budgets including revenues, expenses, headcount etc.
• Perform and present actual vs. budget analysis for the Divisions’ revenue and expenses.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and variance analysis.
• Track the revenue, direct costs, profit, and percentage of completion for projects.
• Assist budget owners with finance related tasks on a needy basis.
• Responsible for project tracking – resource plans, analysis, timelines, releases.
• Work with project pricing tools.
• Review and approve capacity planning – including gap analysis and financial impact.
• Prepare monthly forecast presentation to management.
• Trend analysis.
• Full responsibility E2E on unit’s P&L.
  
  

• 3-5 years’ experience as an Economist / FP&A from a Global Company.
• A bachelor’s degree in economics/ finance/ accounting or relevant field.
• Advanced Excel formula and tools - Deep knowledge – Must.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – Must.
• Familiarity with Power BI Tools – Big Advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP Business One system – Advantage.
• Experience in building and creating financial models – Big Advantage.
• Diligent, responsible, and smart.
• Highly motivated to take ownership on full P&L and bring it to next level.
• Willing to work in an intense environment.
• High attention to details and accuracy.
