Internal Auditor

We are seeking an Internal Auditor in the financial areas in the headquarters, finance and international audit department.

The department is responsible for the internal audit in the headquarters and financial areas of the organization, including: the activity of the financial markets division, the risk management division, the financial division, accounts and the human resources division.

In addition, the department is responsible for the internal audit of the organization's international activities

Responsibilities:

Conduct audits on processes, risks, and exposure points across complex areas within headquarters units.

Prepare detailed audit reports that include findings, identified risks, and actionable recommendations.

Lead projects related to internal audit tasks while maintaining strong communication with managers in the audited units.

Stay updated with new topics, processes, and professional materials, including local and international regulations.

Analyze data to identify and evaluate exposures and risks, providing practical solutions to mitigate them.

Work independently while fostering effective collaboration with various teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics. A Master’s degree in these fields is an advantage.

CPA certification – a significant advantage.

Proven experience in internal auditing, with a strong focus on financial audits.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, financial risk management, capital market instruments, and auditing standards.

Exceptional analytical thinking skills.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
