Front End Team Lead

An Israeli E-Learning company provides educational content and learning environments to its clients, including the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Labor.

The company offers remote learning management systems, digital books, gaming for remote learning, and more. They operate websites for stakeholders, funds interested in content expertise, content creation, and content accessibility. They also sell to end customers (students or parents).

The number of users has surged dramatically, with millions of users and very high scalability.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience managing a development team (5-7 developers).
• Proven experience working with agile and Scrum methodologies in software development projects.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of applying creative solutions.
• Experience in software design and architecture, with a focus on frontend and full-stack development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical ideas clearly.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies (React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript) and backend (Node.js) – an advantage.
