LuXocial is looking for a passionate and creative full-time Video Editor to join our growing content team.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in a creative, supportive, and dynamic environment. You’ll start with short-form video editing for social platforms, and grow into more advanced projects as you gain experience.

The role is 90% remote, with occasional on-site work at our Tel Aviv office.

Success in this role means delivering high-quality, on-brand content consistently and efficiently, being a strong team player, and showing a drive to grow professionally. You’ll be working closely with graphic designers, copywriters, campaign managers, and account leads, so interpersonal skills and professionalism are key.

• Edit short-form videos for social media platforms: Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
• Collaborate with internal teams and follow brand guidelines and creative briefs
• Select music, apply transitions, add captions and ensure smooth pacing
• Take part in team meetings, receive feedback, and implement improvements
• Gradually take on larger-scale projects (e.g., vlogs, lectures, long-form YouTube, drone footage) based on your skill development
• Maintain deadlines and meet expected turnaround times after the initial training period

• Proven experience editing short-form video content for social media – required
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.) – required
• Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and ability to follow visual direction
• Own a reliable, powerful laptop/computer capable of video editing – required
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal communication and respectful team collaboration
• Willingness to grow, receive training, and commit long-term
• Must be able to meet expected pace and workload after onboarding period
