Personal Computer Technician

PC Technician Wanted for a Leading Company (Beyond the Green Line)

Job Description:

• Tier 1 support for the company’s IT systems.
• Initial response to user tickets – computer malfunctions, login permissions, etc.
• Ongoing support for hardware-related issues.
• Support for laptops, desktops, printers, network equipment, and peripheral devices.
• Escalation of issues to higher-level support with ongoing monitoring and follow-up.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of proven experience – mandatory
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with desktop and laptop hardware – mandatory
• Experience with software installation – mandatory
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory – mandatory
• Basic knowledge of DNS and DHCP – mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Outlook – mandatory
• Experience in installing and configuring Windows operating systems – mandatory
• Experience with mobile phones / tablets – advantage
• Experience and knowledge of SQL and databases – advantage
