Senior Lean / OPEX Consultant & Project Manager

Role overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Lean / OPEX Consultant & Project Manager with 8–10 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you will lead end-to-end improvement projects, coach client teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Your expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and project management will be critical in shaping and delivering impactful transformation programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead OPEX and Lean transformation engagements across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or logistics.
• Conduct operational assessments, analyze data, and identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Design project roadmaps and lead the execution of process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and change management activities to drive adoption.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools (VSM, 5S, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
• Engage with client leadership as a strategic advisor, influencing long-term operational strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, track progress, and ensure projects achieve measurable outcomes (cost reduction, productivity gains, lead time improvement).
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Opyflow’s knowledge base and methodology development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

✅ 8–10 years of experience in Lean, OPEX, or Continuous Improvement roles — preferably within the manufacturing industry.

✅ Proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects with quantifiable impact

✅ Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and change management frameworks

✅ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred)

✅ Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

✅ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging C-level executives

✅ Degree in industrial engineering (MBA is a plus)
