DevOps Team Lead

Role Description

We are seeking a DevOps Team Lead for a full-time hybrid role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. In this position, you will lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, manage cloud infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and collaborate with development teams to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our services. Some work from home flexibility is provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation or CDKs.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools such as Jenkins, and configuration management methodologies.
• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of engineers
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
