Digital Health Project Manager | Sheba BEYOND

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end digital and technological projects at Sheba BEYOND, from ideation to full implementation. This includes business process analysis, project planning, writing detailed (non-technical) specifications, overseeing cross-functional tasks, and working with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead telemedicine technology projects end-to-end

·Design and optimize digital workflows across operational systems and integrations

·Write detailed functional specifications and manage task execution across teams

·Plan and implement monitoring and control reports for digital services

·Coordinate with internal Sheba IT teams and external vendors

·Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business teams across the organization

Requirements:

·B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

·Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management in medium-to-large organizations

·At least 3 years of experience managing complex, cross-organizational projects

·At least 2 years of hands-on experience in:

o Writing SQL queries

o Data analysis using BI or analytics tools

o Managing complex system integrations

o Implementing digital processes in large organizations

Advantages:

·M.Sc. degree – an advantage

·Experience in healthtech or managing healthcare information systems – a strong advantage

·Experience with tools like Monday.com, Jira, or similar project management platforms
