Plastics Mechanical Engineer

H2PRO is an exciting startup company that is aiming to disrupt the hydrogen production industry by the development of a unique water electrolysis process. As part of our fast growth, we are looking for a motivated and talented experienced Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Plastic Design and Manufacturing Technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as main Plastic Technologies Expert.
• Design and development of products and processes from prototypes to mass production. Mainly hydrogen pressure vessel with electro-chemical challenges.
• Seek new manufacturing technologies to improve performance and cost.
• Improve parts and systems through scaling up on quantities and sizes.
• Cost analysis of future systems.
• Design, qualify, document, and validate the parts, assemblies, release to production and service.
  
  

• Industrial Design or BSc.in Mechanical Engineering, higher degree – an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in plastic design and manufacturing
• Experience in CAD programs: SolidWorks, Inventor or similar
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• “Hands On” approach and capabilities
  
  

• Experience in one or more of the fields: Electrochemistry, Electromechanics, High pressure sealing solutions, Piping, NPI, Mold design, fluid mechanics.
• Understanding and knowledge of common regulations and standards
