What You’ll Do:

✔ Analyze business needs, plan and implement tailored Salesforce solutions

✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Salesforce training and drive user adoption

✔ Manage Salesforce administration while ensuring best practices

✔ Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues for a seamless Salesforce experience

✔ Serve as the organization’s go-to Salesforce expert, mentoring team members

What You Bring:

🔹 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer

🔹 Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, permissions, Flows, validation rules, dashboards, and more

🔹 Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Entitlement Management

🔹 Experience with Lightning Experience & Lightning App Builder

🔹 Proven ability to analyze business requirements and design effective processes

🔹 A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

🔹 Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Salesforce Admin Certification (a plus!)
