Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Concierge at The King David Hotel, located in Jerusalem District, Israel. The Concierge will be responsible for assisting guests with various services including making reservations, arranging transportation, and providing information about local attractions and events. Daily tasks also include managing reception duties, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring an excellent level of customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Concierge Services and making Reservations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Hebrew, additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially Fridays and Saturdays including holidays
• Must have a legal working visa and good knowledge of the city
