Web Manager / WordPress Manager (Full-time)

Location: Bet Shemesh Office

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Ephoca is seeking an experienced Web Manager / WordPress Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of our websites, with a specific focus on WordPress. You’ll also be managing outsourced solutions and working closely with external teams to ensure the smooth operation of web services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all WordPress sites, ensuring they are well-maintained and running smoothly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for web development, design, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with outsourced developers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and problem resolution.
• Implement and monitor website performance, security, and user experience improvements.
• Update and customize content, layouts, and features on WordPress sites as needed.
• Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues related to WordPress sites, including plugins, themes, and server issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Manager, WordPress Manager, or similar role.
• Experience managing outsourced development or technical teams.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
