Website & Digital Manager

Job Description:

• Full responsibility for managing the company website
• Optimizing user experience (UX), customer journeys, and ongoing site improvements
• Writing compelling and professional marketing content for the site to create an engaging, action-driven user experience
• Analyzing data and user behavior to make data-driven decisions
• Upgrading and developing digital processes to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Working with Shopify – strong advantage

Requirements:

✔️ Deep understanding of customer journeys, user experience (CX), and sharp marketing copywriting

✔️ Ability to analyze website performance and draw actionable insights

✔️ Proven experience in website management – especially on Shopify

✔️ Creative mindset, independence, and a true passion for the digital world

✔️ Previous experience in marketing management for a service-based or eCommerce company – required

✔️ Proven skills in copywriting and creative direction

✔️ Experience in performance marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)

✔️ In-depth knowledge of Marketing Automation systems and customer journey building

✔️ Strong analytical skills – data analysis, reporting, and optimization

✔️ Deep familiarity with marketing funnels and lead generation strategies

✔️ Self-starter with creativity and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

✔️ Experience managing external vendors
