This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing professional located in Bnei Brak. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, promoting properties, conducting market research, and coordinating sales activities. The professional will be responsible for creating marketing materials, planning events, and ensuring optimal presentation of properties to potential clients.

• Experience in Sales and Marketing strategies and client relationship management
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and manage promotional materials and marketing campaigns
• Skills in event planning and coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
