Requirements-

• 1 years of experience in a customer support role within a fintech or financial services company
• Native-level English – Must
• Flexibility in working hours and ability to support the team across different time zones
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
• Problem-solving mindset with a professional approach
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading, or forex – A big advantage
• Familiar with the ticketing system
