Portofino Investments, a boutique independent investment banking firm based in Tel Aviv, is looking for a Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our team.

This is a rare opportunity for CPAs post-internship to transition into investment banking and gain hands-on experience in M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory.

• Build and maintain financial models and valuations.
• Analyze financial data and market trends.
• Prepare materials for investor presentations, board meetings, and M&A processes.
• Support senior advisors in executing transactions and providing strategic advice.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – mandatory.
• CPA license or post-internship CPA candidates – strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and financial acumen.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and valuation methods.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative.

Our office is located in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv.
