Controller - Private High-Tech Company

We are looking for a Controller to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role will involve overseeing financial reports, working with external entities such as banks, tax authorities, and auditors, and managing payroll processes in both Israel and the USA, while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and controlling financial reports.
• Working closely with external parties (banks, tax authorities, and auditors).
• Managing and overseeing payroll processes in Israel and the USA, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Providing professional support and guidance to the accounting team.
• Preparing quarterly and annual financial reports.

Requirements:

• CPA License (Certified Public Accountant), preferably from Big 4.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller.
• High proficiency in English (both spoken and written), with the ability to communicate confidently in the language – must work with international teams.
• Knowledge of Priority software is an advantage.

Additional Information:

• Location: Sharon region.
• This is not a hybrid position.
• Travel is required (no convenient public transportation).
