Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Financial Controller based in Herzliya. The Financial Controller will report to the Company's CFO and will be responsible for preparing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and managing accounting operations. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, budget control, auditing, tax matters, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the finance team. Additional responsibilities include process improvement and building financial infrastructures for Company growth.

Qualifications

• CPA with Big 4 experience, 3-4 years experience in finance/ accounting positions
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and financial reporting
• Proven experience in taxation
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in excel and financial systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• English - high level required
