Development Team Leader – Information Systems Division

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Team Leader to join the Information Systems Division of a stable and leading organization. This is a full-time, dynamic position involving both professional and personal leadership of a development team, end-to-end ownership of technological solutions, and close collaboration with various departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on leadership of the development team, ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and security
• Full ownership of technological solutions – from planning through implementation
• Task prioritization, deadline management, and meeting project milestones
• Ongoing collaboration with business units, IT professionals, and infrastructure teams
• Creative and efficient problem-solving in a rapidly changing tech environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Server-Side development using C# and ASP.NET – Must
• Proven experience with Front-End development using Angular – Must
• Strong knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server databases, including writing complex Stored Procedures – Must
• Deep understanding of infrastructure and configuration, including IIS servers – Must
• Demonstrated experience leading technical tasks and development teams – Must
• System-wide vision and the ability to plan and deliver end-to-end technological solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team motivation, and effective communication with internal stakeholders
