Mortgage Advisor

A Leading Financial Organization is Seeking a Mortgage Advisor for Foreign Residents.

About the Unit:

The unit manages projects supporting various business processes in the mortgage field. Key responsibilities include managing and operating the mortgage division, developing credit policies and procedures, initiating and advancing business development with real estate entities (such as real estate companies and external advisors), managing the appraisal unit, enhancing the mortgage website, handling group purchases, and providing personalized service to VIP clients and foreign residents.

About the Role:

Analyzing mortgage applications from foreign residents and Israelis earning abroad.

Direct interaction with foreign residents, primarily in English.

Gaining in-depth knowledge of the mortgage field and its processes.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders within the mortgage division and professional bank units.

Maintaining regular contact with external referrers, such as mortgage advisors, lawyers, and client representatives both locally and abroad.

Requirements:

Academic degree in Economics and/or Business Administration – an advantage.

Native level English proficiency – a must.

Proficiency in French – an advantage.

Experience in credit/mortgage fields – a must.

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
