CPA - Part-Time Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements
• Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Ensuring proper recording and filing of all financial transactions
• Managing cash flow and transaction tracking
• Processing payroll
• Working with external auditors and consultants
• Maintaining tax compliance and regulatory reporting
• Assisting with due diligence on new projects
• Preparing budgets and forecasts with CEO
• Supporting CFO in presenting reports to senior executives and board members
• Suggesting improvements for accounting systems

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Qualified Israeli CPA
• Level 2 Bookkeeping qualification minimum (Level 3 preferred)
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in a large company, preferably in financial or real estate sector

• Mother Tongue fluency in Hebrew and English - mandatory

• Deep understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
