Sales Representative - US Hours, Full-Time (Jerusalem)

Elevate your sales career in the Commercial Real Estate sector by joining our high-growth team in Jerusalem. As a Sales Representative for CityBook Services, you'll play a pivotal role in educating property owners and investors on the significant tax advantages of Cost Segregation. You'll build strong client relationships, exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth of a leading provider of Cost Segregation services. This role encompasses the full sales cycle, from initiating contact with prospects to securing successful signed deals.

We're looking to hire a new group of Sales Reps right after Pesach.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (leads provided) within the Commercial Real Estate industry, including property owners, developers, and investors.
• Educate clients on the significant tax advantages of Cost Segregation and its potential to reduce their tax liabilities significantly.
• Strategically manage the sales process from initial contact to successful contract closure using our CRM tools.
• Consistently achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of proven success in sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Native-level English and strong computer skills including proficiency in Office 365 and HubSpot.
• A passion for building long-term client relationships and exceeding expectations.
