Full Stack Team Lead

We seek a highly motivated Team Lead with strong management experience and a deep understanding of development methodologies. As a key player in our engineering team, you will lead a group of talented developers, drive technical excellence, and ensure efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, career mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Development Methodologies: Implement and promote Agile, Scrum, or other best practices to optimize development workflows.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, and deliverables, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Technical Decision-Making: Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to make informed technical decisions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine development processes, tooling, and team productivity.
• Code Review & Standards: Ensure adherence to best coding practices and maintain high-quality codebase standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in React and Python
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and resolve challenges.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a team, balancing individual growth with team success.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup or enterprise environment.
