Production & Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a Production & Logistics Coordinator to oversee production planning, inventory management, and shipping operations while providing essential administrative support. This role ensures seamless coordination between procurement, production, and logistics to maintain efficiency and meet customer requirements.

• Monitor raw material availability based on customer orders and production plans.
• Verify inventory levels against production needs to ensure timely procurement.
• Generate purchase requests and track procurement progress to ensure on-time material availability.
• Oversee the supply chain process from procurement to production, ensuring smooth operations.

• Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with operational priorities.
• Prioritize tasks based on Customer Service (CS) department requests.
• Issue production orders and coordinate daily production plans.
• Assign tasks to production teams and maintain ongoing communication with employees.
• Define and communicate delivery timelines for production projects to the CS department.
• Monitor and report on schedule changes, providing explanations and updates as needed.

• Prepare and organize shipping documentation for orders and assemblies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders.

• Maintain and enhance shipping documentation to align with customer requirements.
• Complete all necessary forms for shipments, including customs declarations and manifests.
• Track and close production assemblies in the PRIORITY ERP system.
• Scan and update system records, including calibration periods, serial numbers, versions, and project reports.

• Provide assistance with logistics and operational infrastructure projects as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within production and logistics.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably PRIORITY.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
