Electro-Optical System Engineer

TMM in the Missile & Space Systems Division is seeking an experienced Electro-Optical System Engineer!

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and drive the technical aspects of the project, ensuring the technical solution meets all requirements while serving as the technical interface with the customer.
• Define and manage requirements across multiple disciplines.
• Oversee all engineering processes, including development, engineering tests, and planning and executing engineering trials.
• Plan and conduct system integrations.
• Lead, guide, and track engineering tasks.
• Provide engineering support for project management.
• Ensure compliance with development procedures within the Electro-Optics Engineering Division and the broader aerospace industry.
• Support the transition to production, including initial training for the production line and providing technical support for production issues.
• Manage system versions and configurations.
• Identify, analyze, and manage engineering risks in the project.
• Initiate and approve engineering change orders and lead project design reviews.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, or Physics (specializing in Electro-Optics) – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in Electronics/Electro-Optics Engineering – mandatory.
• Experience in system engineering processes or engineering management for development projects – mandatory.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and system-level thinking – mandatory.
