Navigation Engineer

Our R&D team at MLM is looking for a Navigation Engineer to join the team at the Missile & Space Systems Division.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop algorithms, conduct performance analysis, and perform system evaluations.
• Lead the development of navigation systems.
• Programming in Python and MATLAB.
• Collaborate with system engineers and project managers.
• Participate in lab, field, and test range experiments.

What we’re looking for:

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Aeronautics – mandatory.
• Experience in statistical estimation, signal processing, and Kalman filtering – mandatory.
• Experience in developing mathematical/physical algorithms – an advantage.
• Familiarity with inertial sensors, magnetometers, and navigation applications – an advantage.
