Supply chain and Operation Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Operations Coordinator to join our team and help drive our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Import & Purchasing Coordination

• Oversee and coordinate the entire procurement process, ensuring seamless movement of goods from sourcing to delivery, including import operations.
• Assist in managing shipment logistics, import declarations, and goods arrival.
• Collaborate with local and international suppliers to support the sourcing of new raw materials.

2. Production Planning & Inventory Control

• Support the planning and control of raw and packaging materials for production.
• Monitor and manage expiration dates of raw materials and finished goods.

3. ERP & Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate SKU data and monitor inventory levels within the ERP system.
• Assist in generating performance reports and coordinating inventory.
• Manage inventory counts in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing and import/export.
• Proficiency in Office software, especially Excel.
• Experience with Priority ERP is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
