Senior Application Engineer

About the Role

We're seeking a customer-focused Senior Application Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between advanced security technology and practical customer applications. You'll develop embedded demonstrations, create documentation, and build sample code that showcases our cutting-edge Flash memory and security features.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and co-ordinate of customer technical support cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage customer projects from systems requirements through solution delivery
• Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation and application notes
• Develop demonstrations that effectively explain complex security concepts
• Integrate new platforms, drivers, and physical interfaces into existing systems
• Collaborate with R&D teams to implement customer solutions

Required Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in firmware or embedded software development
• Strong understanding of systems architecture and systems usage cases
• Proven experience working directly with customers and partners across regions
• Ability to understand customers' requirements and explain complex technical features
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment; Confirmed ability to work independently under high pressure and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing user manuals and application notes
• Knowledge of cryptography and software security principles
• Experience integrating drivers and bringing up embedded platforms
• Experience in a technical position in electronic or semiconductor industries.
• Experience with computer hardware, and electrical systems.
• Proficient with lab equipment: digital multi-meter, spectrum analyser, signal generator, oscilloscope, power supply, data logger, etc.
