Planning and Control Engineer

ELTA Systems is seeking a Planning and Control Engineer.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for planning and supervising production (PPC) alongside managing operational planning and control processes.
• Work with multiple interfaces.
• Data analysis.
• Process improvement and working with the SAP system to meet organizational goals.
• Receiving incoming work orders, preparing production documents, and checking production feasibility.
• Tracking production work from release to delivery stage.
• Plan and manage production schedules in production departments.
• Address production issues and assess load and inventory at the plant.
• Analyze workloads and prioritize tasks according to schedules and available resources.
• Continuous monitoring of operational metrics and generating data analysis reports from the SAP system.
• Manage budgets – tracking, identifying discrepancies, and providing improvement solutions.
• Improving work processes and employee productivity.
• Quality control of production and meeting customer requirements.
• Manage projects to improve processes within the organization, including resource planning and the integration of new technologies.
• Manage and lead agreements and interfaces with suppliers and subcontractors.

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering – mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Planning and Control spacielist – mandatory.
• Experience working with the SAP system – a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Office applications, with a focus on advanced Excel skills.
• Strong data analysis skills and high analytical orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple interfaces in a dynamic environment.
• Initiative, high service orientation, and a proactive approach.
