Role Description

The Information Systems Implementor will be part of our data-driven operations team, responsible for operate and maintain the company’s information systems, provides technical support and training to internal users on Salesforce and NetSuite and to develop and improve system utilization to enhance efficiency.

Your work will directly impact on the organization's ability to optimize processes and achieve its operational goals.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce.

Analyze processes and write system specification documents.

Experience in providing technical support to end-users.

Basic system maintenance skills (backups, updates).

Understanding of data integration concepts and APIs (an advantage)

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Experience in vendor relationship management.

Customer service orientation.

Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
