Our esteemed partners include industry leaders such as Extreme Networks, Aruba, Cambium, Aerohive, Ruckus, Motorola, and Fortinet. We now offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven International Sales Director to manage and expand our business within North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key distributors and direct OEM clients while meeting short-term targets in a competitive market
- Understand, anticipate, and articulate customer needs and work with the client’s business unit to develop solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with R&D to align product strategies and value propositions with specific customer requirements
- Influence purchasing decisions by engaging with customer engineering teams and presenting targeted solutions
- Expand market presence and drive profitable growth in designated regions
- Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Contribute to pricing strategy development to ensure competitive, profitable offerings
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
Required Qualifications:
- At least five years of demonstrated success in sales within the communications industry, particularly in antenna markets and wireless infrastructure
- Proven ability to close deals and generate new business opportunities
- Proven track record of establishing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with OEMs, integrators, distributors, and strategic partners
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a strong sense of personal accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of antenna market dynamics from both operator and vendor perspectives (highly preferred)
- Advanced technical knowledge of LTE, Wi-Fi, and broadband technologies, including familiarity with 802.11.xx wireless communication standards (highly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience with military procurement processes
- Proficiency in additional languages
