Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site or remote Title IV Compliance Specialist role at Woodmont College. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for leading the application process, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing compliance processes, analyzing data, handling legal compliance matters, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Higher Education Administration).
• At least 3 years of experience in financial aid administration, with a focus on Title IV programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements related to Title IV financial aid.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in financial aid management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience working in an online college or university setting.
• Certification in financial aid administration (e.g., NASFAA credentials
