Manual QA Team Lead – Medical Company

A leading medical company is looking for an experienced Manual QA Team Lead to join our team. This role focuses primarily on software testing, with some exposure to complex computer-based systems (but not electronic hardware components).

• Lead and manage a team of 3-5 manual QA engineers.
• Define and implement testing processes for software-based environments.
• Ensure high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams.
• Drive improvements in QA methodologies and best practices.

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Team Lead – minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing a team of at least 3-5 people.
• Hands-on manual testing experience – no automation in this role.
• Strong leadership and high energy, with a proactive and impactful approach.
• Fluent English – both written and spoken.

• Background in the medical industry (not mandatory).
• Experience working in multidisciplinary companies.
• Experience in a global company.
