About the role:

• Lead a digital transformation project focused on customer journey optimization and business excellence, with an emphasis on the design, implementation, and integration of a cloud-based CRM system.
• Take full ownership of the project, working closely with department heads and VPs to streamline and enhance existing processes, ensuring the achievement of business goals.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including business units, technology teams, vendors, and more.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience leading CRM implementation projects in large organizations (Cloud-based CRM is a must; Salesforce experience is an advantage).
• Proven experience in system design, implementation, and integration.
• Experience working with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Strong background in budget management, procurement processes, and vendor management.
• Previous experience managing an organizational development (OD) unit – a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s degree – an advantage.
• Proactive, accountable, with strong leadership and motivational skills, analytical thinking, and versatility.
