Real Time Operations Agent

Role Overview

As a Real-Time Operations (RTO) Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing HAAT’s live operations. Acting as the first line of support for couriers and partners, you will proactively ensure smooth execution of orders, optimize fleet performance, and respond to real-time challenges. Your role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency across cities and countries where HAAT operates.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and take immediate action when necessary.
• Ensure operational stability by tracking order flows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing preventive measures.
• Manage fleet capacity by controlling courier distribution and availability in different locations.
• Provide real-time support to couriers and partners, assisting them in resolving issues that impact order delivery.
• Use data-driven insights to make quick decisions that optimize operational performance.
• Plan contingencies proactively to mitigate disruptions and ensure minimal service impact.
• Analyze operational trends and report on key metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Act as a decision-maker in applying operational levers to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational performance.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in an Operations Control Center, customer service or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage thousands of real-time movements daily.
• Native Hebrew & Arabic
• B2 level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs; familiarity with operational dashboards and tracking tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, while also being able to take independent action when needed.
• High adaptability and a proactive mindset, open to changes and quick decision-making.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment, including weekends, nights, and occasional holidays.
