Technical Lead

We're seeking an experienced Team Leader (React & Python) to guide and inspire a high-performing team of both local and remote developers. In this role, you’ll lead the development of scalable, microservices-based applications deployed on both cloud and on-premises infrastructures. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, DevOps, and QA, to deliver secure, high-quality software in a fast-paced agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a hybrid team of React (frontend) and Python (backend) developers.
• Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of microservices-based applications.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance across projects.
• Manage Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD-based cloud/on-prem deployments.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and lead agile ceremonies in both remote and in-person settings.
• Drive best practices for asynchronous communication and remote team productivity.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience using React and Python.
• 2+ years of experience in a team leadership role, managing both onsite and remote developers.
• Proficiency with backend frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Experience with frontend tools like Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong grasp of agile methodologies
