DevOps Manager

Role Overview-

• Managing a team of three engineers initially
• 50% hands-on development
• Reporting to the Director of DevOps
• Tech stack: AWS, CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes

Requirements-

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a DevOps Team Leader, with hands-on experience leading teams in a cloud environment.
• Expertise in AWS (EKS, S3, Lambda, VPC, RDS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and automation.
• Experience in high-pressure environments with a focus on delivering projects from end to end.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to dive into technical details.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• A passion for technology with a hunger to continuously learn and innovate.
