DevOps Engineer

A global, publicly traded Big Data company developing advanced Ad Tech products, including one of the largest video advertising platforms in the U.S. The platform enables real-time ad personalization using Machine Learning models and LLMs while handling massive scale challenges.

The company is listed on NASDAQ and has 900 employees worldwide, with 200 in Israel half of them in R&D. Located in Tel Aviv near a train station, it offers a hybrid work model of three days from home.

The role is part of a team, reporting to a Team Lead, and serves as the focal point for the Big Data team. The tech stack includes Linux, Kubernetes, Jenkins, working with AWS and On-Prem environments. The position includes on-call duty one week per month, including weekends.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Proven experience with Linux administration.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes administration.
• Proven experience with CI/CD process implementation.
• Proven experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or any general-purpose programming language.
• Familiarity with Big Data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with one or more NoSQL DBs such as Redis, Elasticsearch, Aerospike, MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly in AWS.
• Experience with monitoring & observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch.
